Double detached atmosphere farmhouse for 7 persons at the Braassemermeer near Leiden.

This wonderful holiday farm in Woubrugge near Leiden, is situated at only 30 minutes from the very best attractions. Together with four other farms and two active mills this accommodation is situated in the watery landscape of South Holland and offers an unobstructed view of meadows with cows and waders. Although traditional, everyday activities like milking the cows are still carried, you won’t be hindered. You will enjoy peace, space and cosiness.

This accommodation is situated in the famous Green Heart, allowing you to make long walking- and cycling tours along nostalgic villages. You can fish, sail or milk cows as well. The local miller is definitely worth a visit.Big and small animal lovers will love the sheep, goats, rabbit(s) and chickens. In this comfortably furnished farm you will enjoy a well-deserved holiday.

Layout

On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room, amongst others with comfortable sitting area, dinette, satellite-TV, DVD, free internet and central heating. Fully equipped kitchen amongst others with stove, dishwasher, coffee-maker, Senseo coffee-maker, refrigerator and freezer. A washing machine and drier will be at your disposal.
The first, spacious bedroom with two extra-long boxspring-beds (210cm) is situated on the ground floor, just like a bathroom with shower, washbasin and separate toilet. The second bedroom is a cosy double box bed. Through fixed stairs you will reach the first floor with void and three single boxspring-beds (210cm).
Through folding doors you will reach a spacious terrace with garden furniture. Next to the house you will find two parking places.

Leiden, also called the Key City, has the oldest university in the Netherlands and the city is known for its rich history, old city centre with canals, monumental buildings and courtyards. It has over 2,800 monumental buildings and sights that can be reached on foot, by bike or by boat: must-sees are the Burcht, Leiden Town Hall, the Pieterskerk, the Schouwburg Leiden and the Gravensteen. Of course, you can also go shopping or enjoy the many restaurants, terraces and vibrant nightlife. For a day out, go sunbathing on the beach at Katwijk aan Zee or take a nice bike ride in the dunes or at the Kagerplassen.

Schönes solides Haus, etwas klein und bereits etwas abgelebt. Umgebung ist, vor allem für Kinder, erste Sahne. Alle großen Städte Den Haag, Rotterdam, Utrecht und Amsterdam innerhalb von 45min zu erreichen. Insgesamt ist der Preis etwas zu hoch.

Heerlijk weekend gehad. We hebben alleen gebruik gemaakt van het huisje , het huisje was schoon, genoeg plek, genoeg faciliteiten. We zagen dat er rondom het huisje (op het erf) genoeg mogelijkheden waren. Vooral genoten van de omgeving.
Al met al een heerlijke korte vakantie.
