Cozy 6-person holiday home with whirlpool and sauna in the heart of the Ardennes
This cozy six-person semi-detached holiday home is located on the edge of a quiet village ten kilometers from the tourist town of La Roche-en-Ardenne.
You are in the beautiful walking and cycling area 'Parc naturel des deux Ourthes'. After a brisk walk in the forest or one of the many activities in the area (climbing forest, wildlife park, castle, Nisramont reservoir, Achouffe brewery, kayaking, etc.), you can relax in the lovely garden in the hot tub or enjoy a delicious BBQ .
Layout
Ground floor:
Cosily furnished living room with a dining area and a sitting area with smart TV and a wood stove. The open kitchen has, among other things, a dishwasher, combi-microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, five-burner stove, washing machine, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine and a kettle.
First floor:
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed(180x200) and a cot and two with two single beds(90x200), one of which also has a cot. Bathroom with a shower room, washbasin and a double bath. There is also an infrared sauna.
Garden:
From the living room you can go to the terrace with garden furniture. From the terrace you enter the garden. There is a second garden set, as well as a BBQ. and an eight-person spa/hot tub. (Optional) Behind the garden is a shared playing field for two holiday homes. This playing field of approximately 1500 square meters has fruit bushes and a playground with a swing, slide, hammocks, volleyball net and a jeux de boules court.

Particularities
- If desired, you can add bed linen and towels through an external partner of the homeowner, you can arrange this between yourself by phone.
- Prices include electricity 10 kWh per day (sufficient for normal consumption), heating oil, water, gas, final cleaning and tourist tax.
- This property is not suitable for a party and cannot be booked for this purpose.
Facilities
Location and surroundings
La Roche is a beautiful town full of shops and cosy catering establishments, also known as the heart of the Ardennes. Be sure to visit La Roche-en-Ardenne Castle and the Battle of the Bulge Museum. Also go to Europe's smallest town, Durbuy, and visit the Hotton caves. The beautiful flora and fauna in the area are easy to discover by bike or on foot. The adventurer will also have a great time here. Try kayaking, survival, abseiling, climbing or quad biking. If you prefer culture, there is also plenty to experience: there are numerous caves, castles, monuments and fortresses in the area. There are also many historical museums.
