Luxury 12 person holiday home near La Roche. - Holiday cottage with sauna - WIFI
This luxury holiday home for 12 persons with sauna is situated at Residence La Rochette. The residence is located one kilometre from La Roche. La Roche is located in the most southern and largest province of Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxemburg. The holiday home is located in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody surroundings around La Roche are perfect for walking, horse riding or cycling. In the vicinity you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
Floor:
Large cosy living room with digital flat screen television, DVD player, gas fire. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, four-burner electric cooker with extraction fan, dishwasher, warm-air oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and a double sink. Large balcony with sitting and lying furniture.
Ground floor:
There are three bedrooms, each with two single beds and a private shower and washbasin. In addition, there are two bedrooms which have a bunk bed and a single bed (also with shower and washbasin). Two separate toilets. Wellness area with a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna and a shower.
Outside:
Covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

- This property is not rented to groups or parties of individuals under 30 years old. The installation of speakers and playing amplified music is not allowed in this property, as well as the organization of student parties/bachelor parties.

La Roche en Ardenne, Belgium-Luxembourg
La Roche is a beautiful town full of shops and cosy catering establishments, also known as the heart of the Ardennes. Be sure to visit La Roche-en-Ardenne Castle and the Battle of the Bulge Museum. Also go to Europe's smallest town, Durbuy, and visit the Hotton caves. The beautiful flora and fauna in the area are easy to discover by bike or on foot. The adventurer will also have a great time here. Try kayaking, survival, abseiling, climbing or quad biking. If you prefer culture, there is also plenty to experience: there are numerous caves, castles, monuments and fortresses in the area. There are also many historical museums.
