Cosy 4-person flat in centre of Koudekerke, 3 km from beach
This cosy holiday flat is located in the centre of Koudekerke, ten minutes' cycling distance from the beach at Dishoek.
Koudekerke is a friendly village with a fresh bakery, a coffee shop, two large supermarkets, a cosy village café and two clothes shops. Bike rental is around the corner and a tasteful restaurant is also nearby. Here you will enjoy delicious dishes with seasonal ingredients. You can reach the centre of Middelburg or Vlissingen in twenty minutes by bike. The monumental city of Middelburg has many cosy terraces, narrow streets, beautiful old buildings and canals. You can also enjoy shopping here and there is a golf course on the edge of town.
Layout
On the first and also top floor of a small apartment complex, you will find this spacious and cosy flat. The living room is large with a seating area, television and dining area. Warm colours and accessories make it a nice place to rest after a wonderful day of holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped. A cooker, fridge-freezer, small dishwasher and a combi-microwave. From the living room, you step out onto the balcony. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun or reminisce about the day with a glass of wine.
The spacious, new bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. All comfort is provided. There is also a bedroom with 2x single beds and a clothes rack. A steeper staircase leads to the master bedroom. Here you can enjoy sleeping in a double bed under the sloping roof. There is plenty of storage space and a cot is available here.

With many cycling and hiking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Koudekerke in various ways. Among other things, you will find typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads. From Koudekerke runs a three-kilometer long Strandweg to Dishoek, which, because of its location at the foot of the dunes, is a real tourist attraction. This is a great contrast to rustic Koudekerke where you will find the necessary space and tranquility, but still be in the vicinity of many tourist activities. For example, typical Walcheren towns Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cozy Middelburg or Vlissingen.
