Cosy 4-person holiday home near the beach in Koudekerke-Dishoek
Close to the beach, right behind the dunes in a wooded area, you will find Holiday home Zeeroos: a cosy holiday home for four people. Five minutes' walk and you are on Dishoek beach. In summer, there is a supermarket in the Vebena forest where you can do all your shopping and get fresh rolls in the morning. By bicycle, you can reach the cosy village of Koudekerke or the lovely centre of Vlissingen with its various shops, restaurants and boulevard in 15 minutes. Within 20 minutes' drive you can reach the capital Middelburg, the cosy Domburg or picturesque Veere. Want to spend a day playing golf? Middelburg or Domburg offer excellent facilities. In short: this lovely family home offers all possibilities for a relaxing holiday.
Layout
Holiday home Zeeroos is entirely on one level. The house features a cozy living room with a seating area by the wood stove and a dining area. There is a separate kitchen, which was renovated in the winter of 2023. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an induction hob, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, and a combination microwave. Additionally, there are three bedrooms, one of which has a box spring bed (160x200 cm). The other two bedrooms have a bunk bed (80x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). Two of these bedrooms also have a sink. The bathroom was also renovated in the winter of 2023 and includes a toilet and shower. Through the French doors, you reach the sheltered terrace. There is parking space for two cars.

With many cycling and hiking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Koudekerke in various ways. Among other things, you will find typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads. From Koudekerke runs a three-kilometer long Strandweg to Dishoek, which, because of its location at the foot of the dunes, is a real tourist attraction. This is a great contrast to rustic Koudekerke where you will find the necessary space and tranquility, but still be in the vicinity of many tourist activities. For example, typical Walcheren towns Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cozy Middelburg or Vlissingen.

We zijn met veel plezier weer een keer teruggekomen. Het huisje is na de vorige keer behoorlijk opgeknapt. Met name de keuken ziet er nu fantastisch uit. Het is echt een aanrader!

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus im Grünen. Wunderbares Vogelgezwitscher beim Frühstück auf der schönen Gartenterrasse. Nähe zu Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit unschlagbar. Schnelles zuverlässiges WLAN. Neue vollständig eingerichtete und praktische Küche. Strandbox unerwartet praktisch! Gerne wieder.
