Spacious 6-person bungalow near the beach with lots of privacy near Vlissingen
Beautifully located and cosy bungalow 'De Wulp' with a lot of privacy. 'De Wulp' is located in the Vebenabos, the oldest holiday park on Walcheren. Small-scale and in a wooded area. There is a small supermarket on the park. The beach is a few minutes walk away. Unique here is that the large seagoing vessels sail just beyond the coast. You can almost touch them. Nearby is a bike rental. In 15 minutes of cycling you will be on the promenade of Vlissingen. If you cycle the other way, you will be in the cosy family resort of Zoutelande in 15 minutes.
Layout
De Wulp has a cosy living room with a sofa and 4 armchairs. There is a TV with a foreign channel package, so ideal for long evenings in autumn. The living room has a dining area with 6 chairs. A 2nd set can be found in the kitchen, with 4 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combi microwave, gas hob, filter coffee machine and kettle.
There are three bedrooms, all equipped with twin beds and a sink. There is a nice bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and wash basin. The toilet is separate. De Wulp' has a lovely garden with a terrace roof. Here you can enjoy a long summer evening, a lovely afternoon in the sun with a book or a bite to eat.
There is also a cot, playpen, highchair, pushchair, washing machine and dryer. Of course, there is Wi-Fi. The accommodation has space for two cars.

With many cycling and hiking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Koudekerke in various ways. Among other things, you will find typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads. From Koudekerke runs a three-kilometer long Strandweg to Dishoek, which, because of its location at the foot of the dunes, is a real tourist attraction. This is a great contrast to rustic Koudekerke where you will find the necessary space and tranquility, but still be in the vicinity of many tourist activities. For example, typical Walcheren towns Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cozy Middelburg or Vlissingen.

Heerlijk genoten op Vebenabos66 ‼️ Wel voor de eigenaar een punt van aandacht, de douchecel lekt door de muur heen naar de berging. Alles nat op de vloer. Dit kan leiden tot ernstige schimmelproblemen en daardoor instabiliteit van dit deel van het huis. Zou heel jammer zijn van dit leuke huis. Groeten Peter en Jantien Froon

We komen al een aantal jaar in De Wulp, Vebenabos 66. Het is een mooi huisje op een mooie plek. Maar het is duidelijk te zien dat er weinig tot niks aan onderhoud gedaan wordt. Er hangt altijd een vochtige lucht. Veel dingen zien vies en/of versleten (oa. de rolgordijnen op de slaapkamers). En schimmel op de muur achter de douche.
