Beautiful 6 pers houseboat with roof terrace and beautiful view over the Maas valley
This beautiful houseboat, located in Ophoven in Belgium, is suitable for a stay of six people. During the day, your friends and family are welcome up to a maximum of 12 people. There is room for everyone, ideal for example for a birthday party on the roof terrace. The boat is spacious and has two separate bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The large sliding doors offer a great view over the Maas valley. The houseboat is beautiful furnished, has air conditioning, floor heating, a very well-equipped kitchen and lots of privacy. The houseboat is rented out quietly. Do you want to sail? Then you can book a skipper for an additional fee. Also a sloop, supboard or gas barbecue are for rent.
Layout
The houseboat is equipped with all modern conveniences. In the spacious living room, you will find a large, comfortable corner sofa and a dining area. The large sliding doors give access to the terrace and offer a beautiful view over the water. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and has, among other things, a two-hob cooker, refrigerator, coffee machine, water boiler and sufficient kitchen inventory for six people. The houseboat has two bedrooms with a double bed. The fifth and sixth person can sleep on the sofa bed. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin wit hot and cold water and a hot water shower. There is a terrace at the front and back of the boat. In addition, a normal staircase gives access to the spacious roof terrace. There is a parking fee for your car, which you can book in advance.

Particularities
- You book this boat with a fixed berth in the marina. If the weather is nice, it is possible to book a sailing package for €160. This sailing package includes a one-hour sailing training. This is compulsory even if you already have a boating licence. Afterwards, you may sail on the Maasplassen with your rented houseboat. All this can be indicated when booking or agreed on the spot.
- On the houseboat, only shoes with a rubber sole may be worn.

Ophoven is a small Belgian village, in the Municipality of Kimrooi, near the Dutch border near Stevensweert, Echt and Roermond. In Ophoven you can go for all your daily shopping and also for a bite to eat in a restaurant or chip shop. Ophoven is located on the Maas near the Maasplassen. Water sports enthusiasts and boating enthusiasts are well catered for here. From Ophoven you can make nice trips in the area. Shopping in Roermond (Outlet) and Maastricht. But how about a day trip to South Limburg with its Historic Valkenburg and beautiful Gulpen. To hit a ball on the golf course, you can go to nearby Susteren. Surprising destination!
