On the ground floor you have a spacious living room equipped with two sofas, a cosy fireplace, television, DVD player, radio and stereo. The open kitchen includes a dining table, four-burner cooker, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and grill.

The first bedroom is on the first floor, it is equipped with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination and sink. There is a separate toilet. The bathroom and toilet are both on the first floor.
The steep, open staircase leads to the attic floor, where you will find two more attic rooms separated by a curtain instead of a door. Here you will find another double bed and two single beds.

The house has underfloor heating, central heating, a washing machine, high chair and free internet. Outside you have a beautiful large garden. It is partially fenced with the ditch on one side and a fence on the other. There is a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. You also have your own parking space.
