Detached 5-person bungalow with spacious garden and close to the Veerse Meer.
In Kamperland, just 700 meters from Lake Veere, you can rent this very nice holiday home for five people. The property is all on one level and comfortably furnished. Situated in a small-scale holiday park behind the marina of Kamperland, the house offers plenty of privacy thanks to its green surroundings. Within ten minutes cycling, you can also reach the North Sea beach. This beautiful sandy beach has been one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands for years. Both Lake Veere and the North Sea beach offer numerous water sports opportunities and endless fun. Within a five-minute bike ride, you'll find a supermarket where you can buy fresh bread rolls. The area is perfect for beautiful bike rides or delightful walks. Also, visit nearby cities such as Middelburg, Zierikzee, Goes, and Vlissingen, all within a 30-minute drive.
Layout
Upon arrival at the holiday home, you park your car in the driveway. As soon as you step through the front door, you enter the hallway, which provides access to all rooms, including the living room with open kitchen. The living room and kitchen are wonderfully bright thanks to the many windows. In the living room, you'll find two chairs, a sofa, and a television. From the dining area, you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee machine, and a kettle. There are three bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200) and a sink, one bedroom with a single bed (80x190), and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom features a shower cabin, sink, and a toilet. In the storage room, there is also a washing machine at your disposal. The garden is 500m2 in size and has a nice lawn where children can play. Thanks to the spacious size of the garden, you can enjoy the sun all day long.

Kamperland is the largest town on North Beveland and is pre-eminently a veritable Valhalla for water sports enthusiasts. The surroundings offer a perfect palette for - really - almost all water sports possibilities. It is also pleasant to stay here and the beautiful marina is centrally located in the village. From Kamperland you can also quickly reach beautiful Walcheren, which means that Middelburg and the coastal towns of Oost- and Westkapelle, Domburg, Zoutelande and Vlissingen are also easily accessible. In addition, visit historic Veere, located on Lake Veere, where you can easily spend a whole day. And what really should not be missing from your list: a visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es war gut ausgestattet, wir konnten Spiele ausprobieren, hatten Strandsachen, die Küche war mehr als nur Minimum. Vielen Dank dafür. Die großen Fenster und der Garten waren wirklich toll und trugen sehr zum Urlaubsfeeling bei.
Grundsätzlich war es sauber, wenn man nicht sehr in die Ecken schaut.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt, insbesondere die Schlafzimmer benötigen dringend eine Renovierung und eine Grunderneuerung des Mobiliars. Die Betten und die Matratzen scheinen schon mindestens 30- 40 Jahre alt zu sein. Das Badezimmer ist leider auch renovierungsbedürftig und eine Schimmelbeseitigung in der Dusche wäre dringend angeraten.
