Are you looking for a great family holiday in a unique location? This former servant's house has been transformed into an atmospheric lodge. Part of a heritage property, this detached lodge offers you the perfect combination of charm and comfort. The enclosed garden provides plenty of space and privacy, ideal for a moment of tranquillity.

The holiday home is located in Kamperland, a village that offers plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, water sports and shopping. You will find a diverse range of restaurants and shops here. Moreover, the location is near the beach, Veerse Meer Lake and Oosterschelde estuary, allowing you to fully enjoy nature and water. This holiday home, located among the farmlands near the village, is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

Layout

This detached holiday home has a spacious area of 120 m² and offers you every comfort for a pleasant stay. Upon entering, you will enter the entrance hall, where you will find a cloakroom and a guest toilet. The cosy living room is furnished with a spacious seating area and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxation. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven and dishwasher for easy cooking.

The industrial spiral staircase leads to the bathroom, which features a bathtub, walk-in shower and toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200). The balustrade leads to the second bedroom, which has a double four-poster bed (180 x 200) and a cot, ideal for a family.

French doors lead to the fully enclosed garden, which is equipped with a garden set, lounge set and a barbecue, so you can fully enjoy the outdoors. Up to two pets are welcome in the holiday home, so your four-legged friends can relax too.

Kamperland is the largest town on North Beveland and is pre-eminently a veritable Valhalla for water sports enthusiasts. The surroundings offer a perfect palette for - really - almost all water sports possibilities. It is also pleasant to stay here and the beautiful marina is centrally located in the village. From Kamperland you can also quickly reach beautiful Walcheren, which means that Middelburg and the coastal towns of Oost- and Westkapelle, Domburg, Zoutelande and Vlissingen are also easily accessible.
