Nice Tiny Cottage for 4 people on a child-friendly holiday park near the Efteling amusemen
This lovely four-person tiny cottage is on a holiday park with plenty of facilities for your (grand)children. The indoor and outdoor pool with water slide and various water attractions guarantee hours of water fun. Or play some midget golf with the whole family. As this holiday park is car-free, your (grand)children can play outside. Its central location in North Brabant ensures that many trips can be made. Go shopping in Tilburg or 's-Hertogenbosch. Go into nature and discover the Loonse and Drunense Dunes National Park by bike or on foot. And of course a visit to the Efteling should definitely not be missed during your holiday! Come and experience a magical holiday with the whole family.
Layout
This detached tiny cottage sleeps four people. In the living room you will find a seating area with television and an adjacent dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, Nespresso machine and fridge freezer. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture. You can park your car in one of the central car parks near the holiday home.

- Please note that it is not possible to place a child bed in the bedroom in this holiday accommodation.
- It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
- The park reserves the right to request a deposit on site from all guests renting holiday homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.

- This new holiday park is still in development. The holiday park makes every effort to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.
- The accommodations do not have a parking space. The cars must be parked in the communal parking lot.
- On holiday park Kaatsheuvel only recreational stays are allowed. Business bookings are not allowed.
- The indoor pool is closed until the end of May 2025 due to works.

The first thing you think of when you hear of Kaatsheuvel is, of course, the Efteling. But there is much more to do in the area, as Kaatsheuvel is located next to National Park De Loonse en Drunese Duinen. This National Park is one of the largest sand dune areas in Western Europe, but you will also find beautiful forest and moorland landscapes and it is also extremely suitable for hiking, cycling and mountain biking. National Park De Biesbosch is also nearby, a watery nature and recreation area. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cosy Brabant towns of Tilburg or Den Bosch, where you can also enjoy many restaurants and cafés.

Leek erg netjes, maar liet toch wat te wensen over. Verschillende haken ontbraken aan de Gordijnen en bovendien erg vuil.
Toilet erg laag, voor senioren erg lastig. Bank niet erg comfortabel ook te laag, moeilijk om eruit op te staan. Terrasstoelen niet comfortabel.

Geen verwarming, alleen straalkacheltje was vochtig in het huisje, maar het weer werkte ook niet mee.
De midgetgolfbaan is sterk verouderd en is erg aan goed onderhoud toe.
