Luxury 6 person holiday home with sauna in Zeeuws Vlaanderen
This luxury six-person holiday home is located by the water, at Kustpark Village Scaldia. The Kustpark is beautifully situated on the Westerschelde and offers many beautiful cycling or walking tours through the polders of Zeeland and the dunes. But also visit one of the picturesque places and towns in the area such as Breskens, Knokke (Belgium) and Cadzand! At Kustpark Village Scaldia you can also play a game of tennis on the tennis court or play jeu-de-boules with each other. Fishing enthusiast? Do not forget your fishing rod! There are all kinds of beautiful and quiet "fishing spots" in the park. There are various playgrounds for the children on the holiday park. The North Sea beach at Breskens is about nine kilometers away,but within walking distance of the Kustpark there is also a small sandy beach with a view over the Westerschelde.
Layout
Cozy but modern living room with a spacious sitting area with TV and a wood stove. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, four-burner stove, Senseo and filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge and even a washing machine. There are three bedrooms upstairs with two single beds. Downstairs there is a spacious sauna, shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs there is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Downstairs there is a storage room to possibly store your bikes. Outside a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. The garden is adjacent to the water.

The surroundings of Hoofdplaat are perfect for wonderful walking and cycling tours. The dikes and polder roads lead you past polders, creeks, tall trees, old pollard willows and ancient towns with a rich history. For example, visit one of the picturesque places and towns in the area such as Breskens, Knokke (Belgium) and Cadzand. Go to one of the many seaside resorts nearby and walk, sun, swim and surf to your heart's content. Don't forget to stroll along the lively boulevard in the evening. From Breskens you can make the crossing to Vlissingen, a cozy Zeeland city full of history and a good place from which you can discover the rest of beautiful Walcheren.

Der Park war einfach toll und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus lag direkt am Wasser mit einer herrlichen Aussicht und eingezäunt. Unsere beiden Hunde konnten im Garten herumtollen. Im Ort konnte man in einem kleinen Dorfladen alles Nötige einkaufen und Breskens war schnell erreicht. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Leider war das Geschirr im Haus schlecht gespült

Das Haus war wunderbar eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Wir hätten uns gewünscht dass in der Beschreibung erwähnt worden wäre, dass es einen Gefrierschrank gibt. Gefehlt hat nur ein Trockner, sonst war alles da, was das Herz begehrt! Gerne wieder!

Leider war das Haus extrem verdreckt, alles klebrig, fettig und staubig und die Ausstattung stark abgenutzt. Das Bad nur spartanisch ausgestattet, ebenfalls staubig und schimmelig. Der Rasen war nur oberhalb gemäht, im Rest war stacheliges Unkraut und viel Gänsedreck. Leider nicht zu empfeheln, erst Recht nicht für den Preis
