Luxury 6 person holiday home with sauna in Zeeuws Vlaanderen
This luxury six-person holiday home is located by the water, at Kustpark Village Scaldia. The Kustpark is beautifully situated on the Westerschelde and offers many beautiful cycling or walking tours through the polders of Zeeland and the dunes. But also visit one of the picturesque places and towns in the area such as Breskens, Knokke (Belgium) and Cadzand! At Kustpark Village Scaldia you can also play a game of tennis on the tennis court or play jeu-de-boules with each other. Fishing enthusiast? Do not forget your fishing rod! There are all kinds of beautiful and quiet "fishing spots" in the park. There are various playgrounds for the children on the holiday park. The North Sea beach at Breskens is about nine kilometers away,but within walking distance of the Kustpark there is also a small sandy beach with a view over the Westerschelde.
Layout
Cosily furnished living room with a generous seating area with TV and a wood-burning stove. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi microwave, toaster, two-burner cooker, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle and fridge. There are three bedrooms upstairs with two single beds. Downstairs there is a spacious sauna, shower and separate toilet. Upstairs there is a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs there is an indoor storage room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. The garden borders the water.

The surroundings of Hoofdplaat are perfect for wonderful walking and cycling tours. The dikes and polder roads lead you past polders, creeks, tall trees, old pollard willows and ancient towns with a rich history. For example, visit one of the picturesque places and towns in the area such as Breskens, Knokke (Belgium) and Cadzand. Go to one of the many seaside resorts nearby and walk, sun, swim and surf to your heart's content. Don't forget to stroll along the lively boulevard in the evening. From Breskens you can make the crossing to Vlissingen, a cozy Zeeland city full of history and a good place from which you can discover the rest of beautiful Walcheren.

Sehr schöne Lage, wenn man gern lange spazieren gehen und wenigen Menschen begegnen möchte. Breskens mit einer schönen Altstadt ist sehr nah und der Strand dort sehenswert.
