Beautiful 8-person holiday home near the Sallandse Heuvelrug
This eight-person holiday home is right by the water, which means that with just a few steps you can take a dip in swimming pond the Hexelse Plas! The swimming lake is on the Hoge Hexel bungalow park. Bungalowpark Hoge Hexel is located in the beautiful green landscape of Twente and a stone's throw from the Sallandse Heuvelrug. The peaceful and natural surroundings guarantee a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Take beautiful cycling or walking trips or go fishing in the fishpond. If you are looking for a little more excitement, take a trip to Nijverdal, Almelo, Hengelo or Enschede. Cosy towns with nice shopping streets, tasty restaurants and educational museums. Less than an hour's drive from the German border, a trip to our eastern neighbours is also easy.
Layout
The living area has a dining table and cozy sitting area with TV, and is directly connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 4-burner stove, fridge freezer, combination microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. There are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor and has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor and each has two single beds. There is a separate toilet. Outside you have a lovely veranda with garden furniture and a spacious garden.

Nature lovers can enjoy all the natural beauty, and its tranquillity, during beautiful walking and cycling trips. The Nature Experience Centre in Denekamp and Natuurdiorama Holterberg in Holten are great outings to learn a bit more about nature and wildlife in the area. Looking for a bit more excitement? Visit the towns of Almelo, Nijverdal, Rijssen, Hengelo and Enschede, where shops, museums, restaurants and pavement cafés adorn the cities. Tierpark Nordhorn, just across the border in Germany, is also a great outing for the whole family.

Het huisje was mooi en groot genoeg, indeling prima. Alleen het had wel iets schoner gemogen gezien de prijs van wat wij ervoor hebben betaald.

Geweldig huis met alles erop en eraan. Prima bedden, goed meubilair, en goed sanitair, met name de douche...heerlijk!!! Het huis was voor 8 personen, maar 6 past toch beter. De airco was fijn want het was erg warm tijdens ons verblijf. Verder veel privacy om het huis. Dit huis is wat ons betreft een aanrader!
