Nice 8 person beach lodge near the Sallandse Heuvelrug
Come enjoy a beach vacation in Twente! This eight-person Beachlodge is located right on the water, which means that you can take a dip in the Hexelse Plas swimming pond in just a few steps! With a view of the water from the veranda, the beach feeling will not be missing. The swimming lake is at the Hoge Hexel bungalow park. Bungalow park Hoge Hexel is located in the beautiful green landscape of Twente and a stone's throw from the Sallandse Heuvelrug. The peaceful and natural surroundings guarantee a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Go for beautiful cycling or hiking trips or go fishing in the fishing pond. Still looking for a bit more excitement, make a trip to Nijverdal, Almelo, Hengelo or Enschede. Cozy cities with nice shopping streets and nice restaurants and educational museums. Less than an hour's drive from the German Border is also a trip to our Eastern neighbors made in no time.
Layout
The living area has a dining table and cozy sitting area with TV, and is directly connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a 4-burner stove, fridge freezer, combination microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher. There are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor and has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor and each has two single beds. There is a separate toilet. Outside you have a lovely veranda with garden furniture and a spacious garden.

In Twente, a stone's throw from Almelo and Nijverdal, lies Hoge Hexel. Amid green farmland and close to the Sallandse Heuvelrug, this area has something for everyone. Nature lovers can enjoy all the natural beauty, and its tranquillity, during beautiful walking and cycling trips. The Nature Experience Centre in Denekamp and Natuurdiorama Holterberg in Holten are great outings to learn a bit more about nature and wildlife in the area. Looking for a bit more excitement? Visit the towns of Almelo, Nijverdal, Rijssen, Hengelo and Enschede, where shops, museums, restaurants and pavement cafés adorn the cities. Tierpark Nordhorn, just across the border in Germany, is also a great outing for the whole family.

Geweldig huis met alles erop en eraan. Prima bedden, goed meubilair, en goed sanitair, met name de douche...heerlijk!!! Het huis was voor 8 personen, maar 6 past toch beter. De airco was fijn want het was erg warm tijdens ons verblijf. Verder veel privacy om het huis. Dit huis is wat ons betreft een aanrader!

Schoonmaak mag iets beter ramen allemaal handjes op en er lagen nog vieze sokken van de vorige bewoners.
