Luxury detached holiday home for 8 persons with sauna in Hellevoetsluis.
You can rent this luxurious eight-person holiday home with private sauna at the beautiful Cape Helius Holiday Park in Hellevoetsluis. Holiday park Cape Helius has its own marina and also a beach at one kilometer with some playground equipment for the children. Along the Haringvlietdam you will find even more beaches where you can relax and practice all kinds of water sports. The holiday park is not only adjacent to the historic center and the water, but it is also surrounded by beautiful nature where you can make wonderful walking and cycling trips. The fortified town of Hellevoetsluis used to be the naval base of the Netherlands and here, for example, the treasure fleet captured by Piet Hein was brought in. Many monuments in and around the historic center of Hellevoetsluis still remind us of this time, such as the Tromphuys, a sea lock and a dry dock. Today this city still has a maritime appearance with up to six marinas.
Layout
The house has a spacious and attractive living room with television and patio doors to the veranda. Adjacent you will find the open kitchen which is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator with internal freezer, combination microwave, coffee pad machine, kettle, four-burner stove and a dishwasher. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with access to a private balcony, and all three with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom on this floor has a bath and double sink. There is a separate toilet on this floor. On the second floor you will find the fourth bedroom with two single box-spring beds and a bathroom with a shower, a sauna and a balcony. The garden has a furnished terrace and four sun loungers. There is parking space for two cars at the villa.

- As a guest of Cape Helius you have free access to the subtropical swimming paradise at Roompot Beach Resort in Kamperland (60km away).
- The layout / interior may differ and differ from the pictures shown.
- These vacation homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.

Hellevoetsluis has a rich history. Once the main naval port of the Netherlands, visit the Ramtorenschip de Buffel for an insight into the life of marines in those days. Beautiful nearby Brielle also has a rich history and is definitely worth a visit. Looking for beach fun? Then visit Rockanje beach, which is just a stone's throw away. Here you will find several beach clubs and you can take a lovely walk along the beach. For a day out, visit Rotterdam where you can shop, visit museums or eat out. Of course, you can also enjoy cycling in the area, discover the coast of Voorne-Putten or cycle along many picturesque villages in Zeeland.

Die Lage des Hauses war sehr schön, der Garten uneinsehbar. Es gab Vier Gartenliegen, die mit Vogelkot bedreckt waren, Auflagen hierfür gab es nicht,ebenso für die Gartenstühle. Das Innere des Hauses war sehr unpersönlich, es gab nicht mal eine Kerze. Bei Ankunft machte das Haus KEINEN frisch gereinigten Eindruck, mussten selber nachreinigen!

Das Haus an sich ist schön, die Einrichtung könnte ein wenig Modernisierung/Sanierung gebrauchen. Bad, Küche und Wohnraum waren sauber, die Schlafzimmer eher nicht. Dafür war es recht teuer…
