Luxury 14-person Villa at Hof van Salland. Hof van Salland in Hellendoorn lies in the unique holiday area of Salland. The park is located between the river IJssel and the National Park the Sallandse ridge. From your luxurious and comfortable holiday villa in the park you have every opportunity to discover the surrounding towns and villages, impressive Hanseatic cities and the beautiful nature of Salland and the adjacent Vecht valley. For the necessary exercise you could hit a ball on the all-weather tennis court, or take a refreshing dip in the beautiful and heated outdoor pool. For the children there is a nice playground with various climbing equipment, swings and an air trampoline. You can eat out in the beautiful restaurant on the holiday park itself. There is also a bread service or even a breakfast service.
Layout
Ground floor: Entrance and separate toilet. The spacious living room is furnished with a spacious dining area and sitting area with flat screen television, free WiFi, gas fireplace and underfloor heating. Through the double doors you enter the garden. The spacious garden has a large terrace with teak garden furniture and parasol. Luxury open kitchen with five-burner stove with wok burner, dishwasher, combi-oven and fridge with separate freezer, coffee maker and kettle. There are also two bedrooms, each with one double bed. At least one bedroom has a flat screen television. Both bedrooms have a bathroom en suite with a sink and a whirlpool or walk-in rain shower. There is also an external storage room. First floor: The upper floor has five bedrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, both with shower or whirlpool, sink and toilet.
There is parking for two cars at the holiday home.

Then visit the cities of Deventer, Almelo or Raalte. Here the real shopaholics can indulge themselves in the many shops these cosy places have to offer. For a city walk or a visit to a museum, these cities are also highly recommended and should not be missing from your list.

Om te beginnen wil ik de zeer hartelijke medewerkers benoemen en bedanken. De locatie en het huis zijn prima. Doordat er geen afgesloten bovenverdieping is (trappenhuizen zijn zonder deuren) is het wel wat gehorig. Een kleine overkapping aan het huis of een extra parasol zou ik adviseren evenals wat tuinverlichting.

Super mooie villa op een fantastisch mooi park. Centraal gelegen tussen Hanzesteden in een mooie omgeving.
