Luxury 4 person villa at Hof van Salland
Luxury four person Villa at Hof van Salland. Hof van Salland in Hellendoorn lies in the unique holiday area of Salland. The park is located between the river IJssel and the National Park the Sallandse ridge. From your luxurious and comfortable holiday villa in the park you have every opportunity to discover the surrounding towns and villages, impressive Hanseatic cities and the beautiful nature of Salland and the adjacent Vecht valley. For the necessary exercise you could hit a ball on the all-weather tennis court, or take a refreshing dip in the beautiful and heated outdoor pool. For the children there is a nice playground with various climbing equipment, swings and an air trampoline. You can eat out in the beautiful restaurant on the holiday park itself. There is also a bread service or even a breakfast service.
Layout
Ground floor: Entrance with separate toilet. A spacious, modern living room with a spacious sitting area with flat screen TV and a gas-fired fireplace. Through the French doors you can go to a mostly partly covered terrace. On the terrace is a luxurious teak garden set with umbrella where you can enjoy in peace. There is also a luxurious open kitchen with, among other things, a five-burner hob with a wok burner, dishwasher, Illy espresso machine, combi-oven and a fridge with separate freezer. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed (180x210) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. First floor: On the first floor a bedroom with two single beds (90x210). There is also a second bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet.
There is parking for one car at the holiday home.
Bookable with preference (you will pay preference costs for this): including a specific accommodation number, a bedroom with bathroom en suite on the ground floor, a villa with washing machine and dryer, a storage room, a whirlpool or a villa where you can bring a pet (dog) . The latter is possible, but is only allowed on request.
Availability
Particularities
- Villas 45, 60 and 73 do not have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a room with two single beds. Therefore specify your preferences when booking your luxury villa (see also the preferred costs).
- Please note that Hof van Salland is fireworks-free.
- This vacation home cannot be rented for business purposes.
- One towel package per person is standard for the maximum travel party allowed in the house.

Situated at the foot of the Sallandse Heuvelrug, you will make the most beautiful walks or cycle trips here. For a fun day out with the whole family, visit Avonturenpark Hellendoorn, where young and old enjoy the many other fun attractions. Prefer a day of shopping? Then visit the cities of Deventer, Almelo or Raalte. Here the real shopaholics can indulge themselves in the many shops these cosy places have to offer. For a city walk or a visit to a museum, these cities are also highly recommended and should not be missing from your list.
