Basic 6 person holiday home in the harbor on the Maasplassen near Roermond
Beautiful and basic six-person holiday home at Resort Boschmolen on the Maasplassen near Roermond. Each harbor house has a cozy front garden with good garden furniture and a view of the cozy harbor from which the ships sail up the Maas. When you arrive at the Resort Boschmolenplas you will immediately see the fantastic location at the Boschmeer Nature Lake, the beautiful natural surroundings and the spacious layout of this beautiful holiday resort near Roermond in the middle of Limburg. What is there to do? Enjoy swimming in the beautiful natural lake, eating out in the beautiful restaurant, taking a diving course, renting a boat or bicycle and various sports and games. From your spacious, comfortably furnished holiday home you can effortlessly leave the everyday hustle and bustle behind. If you are rested, go shopping in the Designer Outlet center in Roermond. Plenty to do in Limburg!
Layout
Ground floor:
Spacious comfortably furnished living room with dining and sitting area with safe and TV. From the living room there is a patio door to the terrace and the spacious garden with a view over the pond. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and / or combi oven, filter coffee maker, kettle and a four-burner stove.
Floor:
Three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Two bedrooms are adjacent to the spacious roof terrace with a view over the water.
Two bathrooms. The first bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Second bathroom with shower and sink.
Outside:
Garden terrace and large garden with a view over the water. Garden terrace with garden furniture.
Parking:
You park your car in front of the house. If you come with more cars, there are various other parking options at the park.

In the middle of Limburg and on the Maasplassen lies the town of Heel. The Maasplassen cover more than 3,000 hectares of large and small lakes connected to the Meuse. Together, they form a lively setting for water sports and recreation. You will be amazed at the number of water sports possibilities offered by Limburg: sailing, fishing, diving, swimming, (sloop)sailing, it's all possible! For a day on dry land, there are also many things to do, for example visit Kasteel Van Heel or one of the many other castles in the area. Cycle and walk around or visit one of the authentic villages and beautiful cities in Limburg, such as Roermond, Maastricht, Valkenburg or Arcen.

Haus war sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf den Yachtclub.
Ausstattung könnte moderner und zeitgemäßer sein ( kein Radio , nur 4 deutsche Fernsehsender )
Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren zwar frisch gewaschen allerdings noch fleckig.
Schimmel in der Dusche ( Fugen )
Leider kein Restaurant oder Imbiss im Park selbst für Brötchen muss man Fahren
