Beautiful 14 person farm house in Havelte
Historic, thatched farmhouse for ten people and an adjacent apartment for four people together form this beautiful accommodation for 14 people. Located on the outskirts of Havelte, with the forests on the one hand and the sweeping views over rolling elands on the other, you step into another world. Here you are still kindly greeted by the local population, even if they do not know you. Havelte has the friendly atmosphere that is characteristic of villages in Drenthe. Do not forget to visit the Havelter dolmens, within walking distance.
Layout
The farmhouse part has an attractive, bright living room and kitchen. The living room has a television, internet, stereo, guitar and piano. The kitchen has, among other things, a large fridge with freezer compartment, 6 burner gas stove with double oven, filter coffee maker and a dishwasher. In the storage room are a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there are ten sleeping places divided over two sleeping areas. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a filter coffee machine. It has a private terrace that connects to the spacious living room and in the house you will find a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor is a large and small bedroom with two sleeping places each. The small bedroom is mainly suitable for small children and not for adults.

The beautiful National Park Dwingelderveld is also nearby: a national park full of interesting flora and fauna situated in beautiful surroundings. Would you like to delve into the fascinating history of the region? Then visit the Memorial Centre Camp Westerbork, Museum Village Orvelte or one of the many dolmens in the area. Visit Duinen Zathe in Appelscha, go swimming in the former sand quarry Het Blauwe Meer in summer or rent a boat in Giethoorn. Havelte is the ideal place to unwind without getting bored.

Wij waren de eerste gasten van de nieuwe eigenaars. Niet alles was in orde maar heel begrijpelijk omdat ze zelf net in een verhuizing zaten. Er zijn heel wat verbeterpunten en daar zouden ze mee aan de gang gaan. De lokatie is schitterend, het heeft veel potentie maar er moet ook nog veel gebeuren. Alles was brandschoon!!!

Er was meteen en fijn contact met de eigenaar. De boerderij is met liefde voorzien van de nodige elementen. Een notitie voor heerlijke huisjes: het ging niet over een vakantie. Dus ik zou het prettig vinden wanneer daar stond: uw verblijf.
