Beautiful 5-pers chalet with nature within walking distance, on a small park in Havelte
This brand-new chalet is suitable for five persons and is the ideal base for nature lovers and peace seekers. Located on the edge of the small-scale park 'Mooi Oavelt', you can walk straight into the beautiful nature reserve of the Holtingerveld. The chalet is over 65 m2 and fully equipped. The air conditioning keeps you cool on a hot day and the covered terrace provides the necessary shelter. From the pearl of Drenthe, you can explore the natural surroundings on foot or by bike. Visit the nearby dolmens or the beautiful village centre of Havelte. You can go shopping or enjoy a pavement café in charming Steenwijk or Meppel. The many green villages such as Ruinen, Diever and the well-known Dwingeloo, rich in nature, are also worth a visit. Have you ever been to the watery village of Giethoorn? You can be in Giethoorn within 15 minutes by car! Hire a boat or book a cruise and enjoy National Park Weerribben-Wieden. All in all, there is plenty to discover from your comfortable chalet in Havelte.
Layout
The living room has a comfortable seating area with a sofa, three armchairs and a TV. The open-plan kitchen includes a four-burner gas cooker, dishwasher, combination oven, coffee maker and washing machine. There are two bedrooms in the chalet. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200cm) and a built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom is equipped with a single bed (80x200cm) and a bunk bed (80x200cm). The bathroom has a spacious shower cabin, washbasin and toilet. The chalet is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The living room doors open onto the large covered terrace of 50 m2. The garden is equipped with a shed where you can store and possibly charge your bicycles. There is enough parking space for one car. The park has a charging station.

Visit Duinen Zathe in Appelscha, go swimming in the former sand quarry Het Blauwe Meer in summer or rent a boat in Giethoorn. Havelte is the ideal place to unwind without getting bored.

Fantastische plek. Super rustig, dichtbij een natuurgebied, ideale plek voor een hond. Ruim nieuw chalet van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco, wasmachine, ruime slaapkamer, goed bed, linnengoed om te gebruiken. Prachtig wandel- en fiets mogelijkheden. Er komt binnenkort een afzetting rondom de tuin zodat de hond los kan rondom het chalet.
