Modern 4-pers holiday home with large garden and terrace by the swimming pond in Havelte
This four-person holiday home is a newly built bungalow located in the beautiful village of Havelte at Buitenplaats Eursinghe. The house features a spacious garden with two terraces. One terrace is located by the pond where swimming and fishing are possible. This holiday home is heated by underfloor heating and is equipped with all conveniences. Are you a nature lover or a fan of hiking and cycling? This bungalow, situated in the Pearl of Drenthe, is the ideal base. Visit the nearby Holtingerveld and enjoy the vast forests, heaths and sand drifts or take a look at the dolmens. Discover National Park Dwingelderveld, National Park Drents-Friese Wold or National Park Weerribben-Wieden. The extensive walking and cycling routes will take you to the most beautiful spots! There is also plenty of fun for children in the area, such as: Wildlands Adventure Zoo in Emmen, the Planetron in Dwingeloo, the Schaapskooi in Ruinen and Dwingeloo, the Museum Village of Orvelte, Pony Park Slagharen and Speel- en ijsboerderij de Drentse Koe in Ruinerwold.

This modern bungalow for four people is very tastefully decorated and offers plenty of space and comfort. The sitting area has a lovely sofa, armchair and television. The dining area consists of a round table with four comfortable chairs. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a four-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, coffee maker and combination microwave. There is also a utility room containing a free-to-use washing machine and dryer. The house has two bright bedrooms. One bedroom has a double box-spring bed and an open wardrobe. The other bedroom has two single box-spring beds that can also be put together. This room also has a wardrobe and a cot can be added. The bathroom has a rain shower and a washbasin. The separate toilet can be found in the hallway. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. A spacious garden with two terraces surrounds the house. One terrace is next to the house, the other is next to the pond, where you can fish and swim. Garden furniture is available. You can park your car near the house and put your bicycles in the shed. There is an electric charging point for your car.

Huisje was top. Werkelijk alles was aanwezig. Super schoon en de beheerder kwam op de eerste dag vragen, of alles naar wens was. Heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Mooi huisje leuk en gezellig ingedeeld, alleen jammer dat er geen horren bij de ramen en tuindeur zit ,want je zit bij het water dus je heb wel last van muggen. En het is een rustige park.
