From the living room you can access the terrace and garden through two patio doors. The spacious open kitchen has a dishwasher, bean and Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, five-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, oven and a full kitchen inventory. On the first floor are two bedrooms with an electrically adjustable Auping box spring with two separate mattresses in the master bedroom and two separate single box-spring beds in the other bedroom. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Completely fenced private yard with terrace, beautiful lawn and a private driveway with entrance gate. The house has a northern, but deep front garden. This gives you sun on the terrace, but you can also sit in the shade of the house.
