Attractive 2 pers holiday home with large garden and Wellness possibilities, located in Gi
This holiday home is furnished as a log cabin and can accommodate two people. The house is located on the owner's plot and has a large garden with lots of privacy. The outbuilding has wellness facilities including a Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath, infrared cabin, double shower, toilet and kitchenette. There is an outdoor spray shower for cooling down after a sauna session. As a guest of this holiday home, a one-time block of three hours of wellness is included. Ideal for relaxing after a day of walking or cycling in North Brabant. Discover the beautiful nature of De Baronie region and enjoy the beautiful, ancient forests with babbling brooks, heathlands, winding paths and vast meadows. Located a short distance from Breda and Tilburg, Gilze is also a great starting point for lovers of shopping, restaurants, historical monuments and art. Visit the Efteling, Safaripark Beekse Bergen or the Belgian border, all within 20 car-minutes!
Layout
This double holiday home is entirely on the ground floor. The living room is tastefully decorated and features a sitting area with smart TV, garden doors and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen includes a fridge freezer, gas cooker, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener and milk are available in the house. The bedroom has a double bed and garden doors to the outside. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The spacious garden offers a lot of privacy and has a terrace with garden furniture. In the outbuilding in the yard you will find the wellness room for up to two persons equipped with a Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath, infrared cabin, double shower, toilet and kitchenette. Outside is a mist shower. Your car can be parked on the owners' driveway.
The living room is heated by a pellet stove and the bathroom is heated by infrared panels. Thanks to the solar panels on the outbuilding, the holiday home is energy-neutral in terms of electricity. The water is fully descaled and the house is partially isolated.

Welcome to Gilze! This village in North Brabant is centrally located between the cities of Tilburg and Breda. The municipality of Gilze en Rijen includes four villages: Gilze, Hulten, Molenschot and Rijen. These four villages have a rich past, characterised among other things by the Second World War, the rise of the tanneries and the Gilze-Rijen airbase. The surroundings of Gilze are surrounded by beautiful forests and agricultural areas with plenty of walking and cycling routes.
