6 persons holiday home by the water, uniquely situated between the reed lands in Giethoorn
Are you going for a real Giethoorn experience? Located directly on the water in Giethoorn, in the middle of the Rietlanden, this holiday home is only accessible by water. The use of a boat is included during your stay. This holiday home is suitable for six people and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the morning you will enjoy the silence: hear the reeds rustling and the birds singing. During the day, from the spacious deck, you will have an entertaining view of the sailing public. Watch the boats sail by, or take to the water yourself and discover the beautiful surroundings of Giethoorn. Ideal for nature lovers, peace and quiet seekers and of course: water sports enthusiasts! Even do your shopping by boat; the Plus in Giethoorn has several moorings.
Layout
This holiday home offers space for six people and is located right by the water. The living room has two sofas, two armchairs and a compact dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and induction cooker. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has two single beds next to each other. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms with two single beds. Here is also the second bathroom with a shower, washbasin and a toilet with a beautiful view! The holiday home is based on 'outdoor living', through the French doors in the living room you will reach the spacious veranda which runs to the back of the house. Here you will find a spacious, comfortable lounge set and a barbecue. At the front of the house you have a view of the water, at the back over the reed lands. Please note: there is no wifi available in this holiday home.

Particularities
- Please note that from December to early March, there may be ice around this holiday home. In that case, the house is not accessible and you can cancel free of charge. Only when the ice is thick enough, you can walk across the ice to the house.
- You can wash and dry yourself, for purchase of an extra set of kitchen linen, bath linen or bed linen you will pay a surcharge.
- Youth groups are not allowed in this house.
- This property is located directly on the water, be careful with children.
- Use of a boat plus one tank of petrol is included.

Giethoorn's idyllic setting is thanks to National Park Weerribben-Wieden. From your cottage in Dutch Venice you step straight into the green world. Sail through the water village, discover the cosy terraces and restaurants, and visit museums. Explore the surroundings by taking a nice walking or cycling tour through the beautiful park and discover the unique flora and fauna the park has to offer. Rather do something active? Then take to the heights at klimbos Paasloo. Fun for children! If you would like to visit a big city and go shopping, you can go to Steenwijk, Meppel or Zwolle.

Mooi en schoon vakantiehuis, weg van de drukte. Echt lekker om tot rust te komen! Het bootje dat bij de huur is inbegrepen is fijn! Leuk om door de Weerribben en/of (druk!) Giethoorn te varen. Ontvangst door vriendelijke eigenaar.

Een heerlijk vakantiehuis met alles erop en eraan, eenvoudig maar efficiënt ingericht. De ligging is fantastisch: rustig aan het meer, een beetje verscholen en met prachtige zonsopgang. Met het bootje vaar je zo het dorp in voor een hapje en een drankje of voor de boodschappen bij de Plus. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en gemakkelijk. Echt prima!
