The fully equipped open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped. Among other things, there is a five-burner cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combi-microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200cm) and an adjoining bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also another bathroom on the ground floor with a shower, washbasin and an infrared sauna. There is another separate toilet.

On the first floor are the other three double bedrooms, one of which has two 80 x 200cm mattresses and two beds with two 90 x 200cm mattresses. All beds have single duvets. Two bedrooms have an adjoining bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The ground floor is fully equipped with underfloor heating and the upper floor with central heating. There is a spacious terrace with ample garden furniture and a large garden adjacent to a private nature reserve.
