Super nice 4 persons holiday home in Exloo with outdoor pool and wellness facilities
This beautiful four-person holiday home in the Drenthe village of Exloo is located in the very spacious yard, behind the house, of the hospitable owners. The holiday home has a wonderful sauna and in the yard there is a whirlpool (about 20 metres behind the holiday home). The town centre, the golf course and the forest are within walking distance. For the bicycles there is accommodation and possibly a charging point. In the beautifully landscaped garden there is both a sun and a shade terrace. From the garden there is a view of the beautiful Drentse Heuvelrug.
Layout
In the spacious but cosily decorated living room there is a cosy sitting area with TV. The living room is heated by underfloor heating and a cosy pallet stove. The open kitchen has a four-burner cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs there is also a spacious bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and a storage space. There is also a cot here. The staircase is equipped with a solid stair gate. The house also has a sauna and, further out in the yard, a whirlpool bath and outdoor pool.

Particularities
- The use of the sauna amounts to EUR 35 per part of the day. The use of the whirlpool bath is charged at EUR 25 per day or EUR 75 for a weekend, EUR 100 for a midweek and EUR 150 for a week. You can arrange this on the spot with the owner.
- Please note that the swimming pool can also be used by the owner. The pool is available from May to September between 08:00 and 18:00. Depending on the outside temperature, the pool can also be used in April and October.
- Only adults over 20 years old are allowed in this property.

Das Häuschen steht auf einem schönen und großem gepflegten Grundstück. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich .
Es ist sauber und modern eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Matratzen und die Bettdecken sind prima. Auf dem schönen grünen Rasen laufen die Hühner frei herum, was sehr schön und gemütlich ist.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .
