Beautiful 4-person holiday home between the trees with panoramic views in Erica, Drenthe
High up among the trees, you will find this unique holiday home in Erica. The house is suitable for four persons and offers you a stay in higher spheres. From the living room on the top floor, you can step right onto the veranda to enjoy the beautiful view. The interior of the house is authentic and put together with care. Surrounded by greenery, this holiday home is very suitable for nature lovers. In the nearby Bargerveen, a beautiful nature reserve, you can take lovely walks and cycle tours. Behold the many bird species, dragonflies, daytime and night-time butterflies. Would you rather go out for the day? Then pay a visit to the nearby Wildlands Adventure Zoo Emmen or the Veenpark in Barger-Compascuum. There is enough to do in the surroundings of Erica!
Layout
The living room is on the top floor and is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a fireplace and a television. Through the folding doors you reach the three-metre high veranda equipped with chairs. The kitchen is also on the top floor and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, five-burner cooker, coffee maker, Nespresso and a kettle. The large bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a double box-spring bed. The bathroom en suite is equipped with a shower, washbasin and a hairdryer. There is a separate toilet. The second bedroom is located on the mezzanine above the floor. Here are two single box spring beds, the void is accessible by a staircase. Through the folding doors in the bedroom on the ground floor, you can step out onto the terrace and into the garden. The garden is equipped with garden furniture and a lot of green. You can park your car at the holiday home.

Een geweldig fijn huis waarin alles aanwezig was. Ook in een prachtige omgeving. We hebben genoten. Beslist de moeite waard. Gaan zeker nog een keer terug. In een woord fantastisch!

Heel leuk huis op een mooi kleinschalig boomrijk park met mooi weids uitzicht op de weilanden. Jammer dat je een stukje moet rijden om bij het bos te komen, maar je bent overal zo. Zeker een aanrader.
