4 person vacation home with lovely private hot tub and sauna in the woods in the Veluwe.

In the middle of the woods and close to the moors is this nice four-person vacation home with private hot tub and barrel sauna. The property was fully renovated in 2025. The vacation home is located together with three other vacation homes on a large forest plot of about one hectare. The cottages are about 40 meters from each other and are intended for recreational stay only. Enjoy peace, privacy and beautiful nature with many different species of birds, rabbits and squirrels here. For the children there is a nice pedal kart on the property. The Veluwe further lends itself to wonderful hiking and cycling trips. Want some more entertainment? From your cottage in Epe you can make nice trips with the whole family. In the vicinity are beautiful playgrounds, amusement parks and zoos. In all directions there are beautiful nature reserves, interesting places are a short distance away and you will find many attractions for both young and old.

Layout

Entirely ground floor apartment. Modern and cozy living room with lots of light and two recliners. There is a spacious dining area and generous seating area with LG Oled TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, Senseo, refrigerator, kettle, four-burner stove and an oven. There is one bedroom with two single luxury box-spring beds (160 x 200cm) and one bedroom with a bunk bed (190x90) for children and a linen closet. There is a modern bathroom with bathtub shower, vanity unit and a toilet. From the living room you can go through the garden doors to the terrace and the spacious garden. Here is also your covered private hot tub which has two berths and three seats, there is also a barrel sauna.

On the property there is a shed containing a washing machine, clothespins and drying racks for common use.

Epe is in the middle of the Hoge Veluwe National Park, where you will find a succession of habitats of indigenous big game such as deer, red deer and wild boar. This beautiful area with its deciduous and coniferous forests, heathland and wild sand drifts is ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet and endless cycling and walking tours. Epe also has an extensive range of shops and many restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Visit atmospheric little places like the old fortified town of Hattem and go shopping in big cities like Zwolle, Apeldoorn and Deventer. For a day out, visit recreational lake Kievitsveld, Walibi Holland or one of the many castles in the area.

Fantastisch,lekker rustig,heerlijk relaxen van het bubbelbad en de sauna! Keuken is verouderd, maar je hebt alles om toch wat te kokkerellen! Het is echt voor herhaling vatbaar! Je zal ons zeker terug zien mvrgr alie + leen pootje boydt

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huisje was heerlijk koel met de warme dagen die we hebben gehad. Er waren wel een aantal dingen stuk, waaronder de douche kop, verlichting sauna en een lek in het bubbelbad. Het contact met de eigenaar was heel goed via app en telefoon contact. Er is een monteur langs geweest om alles te maken. helemaal top!

Ronduit geweldig! Het ligt in een mooi bosrijke en rustige gebied. De accommodatie was netjes schoon en heel klus. Je zit er lekker privé waardoor je nog meer tot rust komt in het bubbelbad buiten. Wij gaan hier zeker nog een keer terug. Prijs / kwaliteit is niks van te zeggen. Kost iets, maar dat is het zeker waard.
