Beautifully located 4 person apartment on the outskirts of Enschede
This beautifully situated four-person holiday home has been realized in a beautiful Twente villa which was built in 1850, and is surrounded by monumental trees. For many, this beautiful white-painted villa, located on the connecting road from Enschede to Haaksbergen, is a striking landmark in Twente. The beautiful villa is located on the Usseler Es, about four kilometers from the center of Enschede and near the Rutbeek recreational lake and the Military Boekelo site. Enschede has a beautiful "own" environment, which can be explored on foot or by bike.

Comfortably furnished living room with a dining area and a sitting area with TV. The kitchen has an induction cooker, refrigerator, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with a double bed. Private bathroom with a steam cabin / shower, washbasin and a toilet. Separate second toilet.
