Luxury 12-person group accommodation with hot tub in rural Ellertshaar in Drenthe
This luxurious group accommodation in Ellertshaar is suitable for 12 persons and offers a beautiful view over the Drentse forests and meadows. In this picturesque village, you are only 5 kilometres away from Borger, the megalithic capital of the Netherlands. Have you been out and about all day and it is time to unwind? Then a drink in the landscaped garden might be an idea. For optimum relaxation, the hot tub or a good book (or a nap) in the lounge or deck chairs are certainly also good options. And when peace has returned, at the same time there is plenty to do. A game of football with the children in the garden or a refreshing dip in the swimming water: it's all possible in and around this beautiful group accommodation in Drenthe. In addition, all six bedrooms have their own showers and wash basins, which makes the accommodation extremely suitable for families and friends, but also for business and care groups.
Layout
The accommodation features a cosy living room with the famous Chesterfield sofas. Sit back and enjoy a glass of wine, a good book or a nice film together while overlooking the woods and meadows of (the surroundings of) picturesque Ellertshaar. The living room is connected to the open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with luxury appliances. There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, blender, contact grill, smoothie maker, hand blender, orange juicer, filter coffee maker and kettle. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, each with box-spring beds, a bathroom and toilet. On the first floor are the other four double rooms, each with box-spring beds, a bathroom and two toilets in the corridor. In addition, all beds can be separated and two cots are provided as standard. Everything is also designed for children: a high chair is available and there is a play corner inside, with games and children's and cartoon films. There are many sports possibilities in and around Ellerthaar, such as horse riding and mountain biking. There are also many options for a day out: walk metres above the ground on the Boomkroonpad, admire ancient dolmens in Borger and immerse yourself in the sweeping history of Remembrance Centre Camp Westerbork. Go shopping for a day in Emmen, Hoogeveen or Assen and, for a good restaurant or cosy terrace, choose one of the characteristic surrounding villages Schoonoord, Exloo or Odoorn.

Er staan faciliteiten die bij het huisje zouden zijn zoals een voetbalveldje, een garage en een oplaadpaal. Het huis bestaat uit twee gedeelten. Als je het gedeelte van 12 personen huurt zit dat er dus niet bij ook is het niet duidelijk dat het een gedeelde locatie is. Ook is het super gehorig, wij geluk dat het andere deel geannuleerd was.

Allereerst hebben wij een fijn weekend gehad. Wij hadden bij boeking niet begrepen dat het huis uit twee delen bestond. Het andere deel werd ook verhuurd en de bovenverdieping bleek redelijk gehorig (buren).
Het verwarmen van de hot-tub kostte meer tijd dan door ons ingeschat. Het werd daardoor te laat om er nog in te gaan. Dat was jammer.
