Rustic 4 person holiday home in the Eifel
Forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the freedom and beautiful location of this beautiful four-person holiday home built in Tyrolean style. You rent the complete parterre (ground floor) of a semi-detached house. In summer, but also in winter, the Volcanic Eifel is a real holiday paradise. A holiday in and with nature! The holiday home offers an ideal starting point for every nature and hiking lover, but also the opportunity to simply sit on the sunny terrace or balcony and enjoy the peace and the surroundings. We are convinced that you will love this beautiful and quietly located holiday home.
Layout
There is a rustically furnished living room with a dining area and a sitting area with satellite television. You will use a well-equipped kitchen including a fridge-freezer combination, a four-burner stove, a filter coffee maker and an oven. You also have two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Outside you can enjoy a spacious garden with a terrace with garden furniture and a parking space for your car.

In the middle of the beautiful Salmwald forest and close to Trier, Bonn and Frankfurt am Main, you will find Eisenschmitt. The area is unspoilt and ideal for an active holiday, also for families with children. The Eifel region is ideal for hiking, fishing, swimming and boating. The Vulkaneifel region is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Europe, where, by the way, you can admire a real geyser that discharges about every 20 minutes. There are also three crater lakes in the area and you can go cycling and hiking extensively here. Recommended are also the many museums in the area, such as the Maarmuseum in Manderscheid and the Volcano Museum in Strohn. The cities of Trier and Bonn are also well worth a visit.

Net terug van een mooie reis naar Eisenschmitt. Genoten van een mooie bergachtige omgeving en leuke wandel mogelijkheden.
Huisje was minder helaas rook muf, deuren/kastjes en bed wat kraakt en piept. En erg schoon was het ook niet. De gastvrijheid en aardige eigenaren maakte wel veel goed.

Prachtig gebied, gedateerd huisje. Achterstallig onderhoud. Deuren slepen over de grond (uit verband); filter van afzuigkap zag zwart (in geen jaren vervangen), veel oud vet. Gebarsten en loslatende tegels in de douche. Keukenblok steekt uit t.o.v. de muur. Verschillende keren uitval warm water. Stank van ongedierte. Overlast van bovenburen.

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad. Had het zonnetje iets meer geschenen dan was alles met even iets fijner geweest. Maar zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Vriendelijke gastvrije en lieve familie!
