8-person detached holiday villa with spacious garden in Eede, Zeeuws-Vlaanderen
Detached holiday house for eight persons in Sluis, at a peaceful location in the wonderful country of Zeeland Flanders. The villa is fully, comfortably equipped, allowing you to enjoy a lovely holiday. It has a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor which makes it accessable for disabled people.
Sluis is an old fortified city with a rich history, near the Belgian border, with a Burgundian atmosphere. The many shops, restaurants and bars are open seven days a week, inclusive on Sundays and holidays.
The many marked cycling- and walking routes enable you to discover the surrounding area. They will lead you along historical ramparts, surprising villages and a beautiful landscape. Of course you can also simply enjoy peace and space of your holiday villa. At arrival you will receive a basket with fresh eggs, goat’s cheese and home baked bread.
Layout
On the ground floor you will find the cosy living room with fireplace, TV, radio, books and games. The villa has central heating. Luxurious kitchen-dinner with amongst others induction hob, coffee-maker, Senseo coffee-maker, combination oven, electric kettle, toaster, freezer, refrigerator, washing machine and drier.
The first bedroom, with double bed, is situated on the ground floor. The first bathroom is also on the ground floor, it has a shower, washbasin and toilet. Hall with separate toilet. The other three bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and straight access to the bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin. The other two bedrooms can reach this bathroom through the hall. Second bedroom with two single beds with a smart television, third bedroom with bunkbeds. All beds have single duvets. Two baby chairs and a wooden cot are available in the house.
Outside you will find a wonderful, fenced off garden and plenty of parking places. There is also a charging station at the house to charge your electric car. Terrace with picnic table and barbecue.

Eede can be found on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium. In this place, Queen Wilhelmina set her foot on Dutch soil in 1945. Afterwards she went further into the Netherlands. In Eede there is a lot to find back about this special occurrence.

Prima vakantie gehad ons goed vermaakt. Lekker rustig plekje midden in de polder niets mis mee. Honden konden lekker in de tuin die vaak is afgesloten.

We waren tevreden met hetgeen geboden werd.
Gastvrouw was vriendelijk en zorgde voor wat lekkernijen bij aankomst.
Voor een groot huis als deze ontbrak op de bovenverdieping een toilet.
Douche en toilet in de bijkeuken was wat vreemd gesitueerd, en klein, dus ook niet gebruikt. De glazen deur vonden we vreemd voor de doucheruimte, geen privacy
