Luxurious 8 person holiday home with sauna for in Eede
This detached holiday home for eight people is located on a farm in Eede, in the municipality of Sluis. There is also a mini campsite on the farm. You will stay here amid meadows and arable fields, just 500 metres from the Belgian border. It is the ideal place to enjoy peace and nature, while combining your holiday with trips in both Zeeland and Belgium.
You can visit the Dutch beach and the villages of Cadzand, Nieuwvliet and Breskens, or the Belgian beach with seaside resorts such as Knokke. The historic cities of Bruges (20 km) and Ghent (25 km) are also well worth a visit. In the surroundings of Eede, there are plenty of walking and cycling paths, and the North Sea beach with Het Zwin nature reserve is about 15 km away, ideal to explore by bike.
Layout
The completely ground-level holiday home features a spacious living room with a cosy seating area, underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove and a wide-screen TV with Blu-ray player. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave and kettle. You will also find a washing machine and dryer here.
The house has two bedrooms and a bathroom on both sides. On one side, there are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a bathtub, rain shower, double washbasin and a separate toilet. On the other side you will also find two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, one of which has extra-long beds. The bathroom here has a rain shower, infrared sauna, double washbasin and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have mosquito nets for the windows.
Outside, you can enjoy a spacious garden with a playing field and children's play equipment. You have access to several terraces with comfortable lounge sets, dining tables and parasols.
There is also a very large parking space available.

- This holiday home has an outdoor spa with hot tub, rain shower loungers and firepit. Wood for the hot tub is included.
- There is a mini campsite on the property open from June to August.
- Guests for both the campsite and the holiday homes come for the peace and nature. The holiday home is therefore not suitable for parties, loud music and excessive drinking.
