Cosy14 person group accommodation with sauna at Ferienresort Cochem.
This spacious14 person group accommodation, with sauna, is located at Ferienresort Cochem. This holiday resort is a real family destination with many children's facilities. In the center building you will find good restaurants (buffet and à la carte), a snack bar and a supermarket where, in addition to fresh sandwiches, you can buy regional products. For example, a new indoor play paradise was recently opened in the central building especially for children, where you can keep an eye on things while enjoying a cup of coffee. The little ones can also enjoy themselves in the Koos Kids Club, the indoor swimming pool with children's pool (free access) and in the various playgrounds. In addition to the two large golf courses, there is a mini bowling.
Layout
The living room with dining area and a sitting area with television is adjacent to the open kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, five-burner stove and microwave. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a shower. In the storage room you will find a washer and dryer and there is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs there are a total of four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds and two bedrooms have three single beds. There are three bathrooms,one with a bathtub and one with a traditional sauna. You will also find a separate toilet upstairs. Outside there are two parking spaces and a lovely garden with a furnished terrace. You can park two cars at the holiday home.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- Per day, you may use the pool for 90 minutes. Reservations can be made on site at the Service Point.
- At the reception you can only pay with debit or credit card, cash payments can unfortunately not be processed.
- The interior/exterior of these vacation rentals may differ and differ from the photos shown.
- These vacation rentals cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
- From Monday, September 2, 2024 to June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be renovated. The pools will be closed during this period.

Ediger-Eller, Rhineland-Palatinate
Rolling hills with a wine farm every kilometre, picturesque villages with medieval streets and breathtaking, authentic castles that are beautifully lit in the evening. Definitely plan your holiday in the unique surroundings of the Moselle! Here, grab a mountain bike and manoeuvre between the hills and valleys or take breathtaking walks. A boat trip on the famous Moselle is also highly recommended. Tips in the area include the mustard mill and Moselle promenade in Cochem, but the Roman graves at Nehren are also special and definitely worth a visit. Be sure to visit one of the many authentic places in the area: too many to mention, but all beautiful!

Huis was niet echt schoon, vies onder de bedden en wc’s matig schoon.
Restaurant serveert matig eten voor hoge prijzen, €4,50 voor een klein beetje saus voor de schnitzel is ronduit schandalig. Service in het restaurant is ronduit slecht. Ondanks een bezetting van minder dan 25% duurde het een uur voor de gerechten kwamen. Helaas niet compleet.

Het huisje is wel gedateerd. Geen enkel haakje of bankje in de slaapkamer om je spullen weg te leggen of hangen.
De dekbedden waren aan de dunne kant. Was blij dat ik een deken bij me had. De display van de oven/magnetron is bijna niet te lezen. Verder hebben wij een heel fijn weekend gehad met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen.
