Cozy villa for 4 persons on child-friendly holiday resort Cochem.
This cozy four-person holiday home is located at Ferienresort Cochem. This holiday resort is a real family destination with many children's facilities. In the center building you will find good restaurants (buffet and à la carte), a snack bar and a supermarket where, in addition to fresh sandwiches, you can buy regional products. For example, a new indoor play paradise was recently opened in the central building especially for children, where you can keep an eye on things while enjoying a cup of coffee. The little ones can also enjoy themselves in the Koos Kids Club, the indoor swimming pool with children's pool (free access) and in the various playgrounds. In addition to the two large golf courses, there is a mini bowling.
Layout
In the living room you will find a dining area and a sitting area with television. This is adjacent to the open kitchen with a microwave, four-burner stove, fridge with freezer, kettle and filter coffee maker. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, as well as two bathrooms with a shower or a bath. One of the bathrooms also has a toilet. Outside there is a lovely garden with a furnished terrace and a parking space for one car.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- Per day, you may use the pool for 90 minutes. Reservations can be made on site at the Service Point.
- At the reception you can only pay with debit or credit card, cash payments can unfortunately not be processed.
- The interior/exterior of these vacation rentals may differ and differ from the photos shown.
- These vacation rentals cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making the reservation.
- From Monday, September 2, 2024 to June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be renovated. The pools will be closed during this period.

Rolling hills with a wine farm every kilometre, picturesque villages with medieval streets and breathtaking, authentic castles that are beautifully lit in the evening. Definitely plan your holiday in the unique surroundings of the Moselle! Here, grab a mountain bike and manoeuvre between the hills and valleys or take breathtaking walks. A boat trip on the famous Moselle is also highly recommended. Tips in the area include the mustard mill and Moselle promenade in Cochem, but the Roman graves at Nehren are also special and definitely worth a visit. Be sure to visit one of the many authentic places in the area: too many to mention, but all beautiful!

Wij hadden hier juist geboekt vanwege de animatie voor de kinderen. Echter was praktisch alles vanaf 4 jaar. Onze jongsten zijn 2, dus voor hun was er niet veel. De indoor speeltuin werd afgebroken en dat stelde dus ook niks voor. Stopcontacten waren niet veilig. Er was gelukkig wel een wasmachine, maar de schone was rook niet fris.

Nette en schone woning met 2 badkamers wat wel heel handig is, rustig park, leuk zwembad voor een keertje.
