Detached 6-person holiday home with hot tub and infrared sauna in the Ardennes.
This beautifully located six-person vacation home, with sauna and whirlpool, is less than five kilometers from the cute and small town of Durbuy, in the southernmost and largest province of our neighboring country Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxembourg. Durbuy is located in a natural and peaceful environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing vacation close to home. The wooded area around Durbuy is perfect for hiking, horseback riding or cycling. Nearby, you can enjoy kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
The spacious living room has a lovely sofa, TV, dining table and fireplace. Here you can relax and unwind. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, coffee maker, combi-oven, kettle, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There are three bedrooms, all with double beds. There is also an extra child's bed. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and washbasin. There are two separate toilets in the accommodation. You have a private garden with your own terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. There is also WIFI and central heating throughout the accommodation. Parking: There is private parking at the accommodation.

Viel heel erg tegen. Huisje was niet schoon verl stof onder de bedden en banken. Bank was stuk helemaal doorgezeten. Kastjes konden niet goed dicht. Stopcontacten hingen los in de muur. Geen verlichting op het terras.
Eettafelstoelen waren gammel te weinig stopcontacten in de slaapkamers of lampje aan of telefoon opladen. Geen of weinig planken..

De omgeving is echt heel mooi! Maar het huis viel zo tegen. Doorgezakte bedden. Het stonk in de kelder, waar ook ons bed stond... En er staat dat er een hot tub is, maar het is een bubbelbad. Jammer! Nog een domper, hoe kun je een huis binnenin zo somber maken?? Alles is donkergrijs geschilderd! En de vaatwasser viel steeds open tijdens draaien.

Soms is het goed om als verhuurder een periode zelf in een te verhuren woning te gaan zitten.
Niet dat dit huis slecht is, maar er valt toch wel wat te verbeteren aan de algemene uitstraling en inrichting!
