This holiday home is a townhouse suitable for four people. The house is comfortably and attractively furnished with authentic elements. The holiday home has a rich history and originally dates back to the 16th century. The modern wine cabinet, the wood-burning stove and the various outdoor corners make for a unique holiday experience. Located in the old heart of the medieval town of Doesburg, you are surrounded by museums, shops and cosy restaurants. For more entertainment, Arnhem and Zutphen are 15 km away. This holiday home is ideal for nature lovers. The Veluwezoom National Park is only 5 kilometres away. Enjoy the country estates, castles and the rich flora and fauna!
Layout
This holiday home sleeps four people and is 100m2 in size. The living room has a comfortable seating area with a sofa and an armchair. The large window gives you a nice view over the lovely garden and the church tower of Doesburg. Towards the kitchen you will find the dining area with a round table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, combination microwave oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer and a wine cupboard. On the first floor you will find a separate toilet, the bathroom and the master bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. Both toilets are therefore located on the first floor and can only be reached by stairs. The master bedroom has a double bed. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor, one bedroom is furnished with a single bed and the other with a sofa bed. The garden is laid out as an extension of the living room and has several seating areas, including the lovely bench under the pergola. Parking is available in the car park right next to the house.

Location and surroundings
Doesburg, also known as the Gate of the Achterhoek, is located on the edge of the Veluwezoom and against the IJssel landscape. So there is plenty to see and do. Discover the surroundings by walking or cycling through the Veluwe and along the IJssel. Or visit one of the many museums. Doesburg has a wide variety of art forms. Highly recommended is Het Lalique Museum, dedicated to the French glass and jewellery artist René Lalique. Doesburg also has a varied range of shops with special and specialised shops with products that are not available everywhere. Get a taste of culinary Doesburg in one of the many restaurants, where you can enjoy lunch, drinks or dinner.
