The holiday home is located in the De Drents-Friese Wouden nature park, one of the most beautiful and largest nature reserves in our country. This nature park is known for its extensive forests and heaths, its beautiful fens and the many hiking and biking trails. A few kilometers from this park you will find the Dwingelderveld, with a real flock of sheep with a shepherd! You can go on extensive walks and bike rides here. It is also possible to rent a covered wagon with which you can explore the area in an Old Dutch way. In the early morning and evening, just after or before dusk, sometimes timid deer and deer can be admired in their natural environment.
