Beautiful rural 6 person holiday home in Den Ham
This practically rural six person holiday home is at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the yard with the owners. Nevertheless, it offers you the necessary privacy, since it is on a separate plot of about 1500 m2. You also have your own terrace with a beautiful view over the countryside. The delicious and energy-efficient holiday home is located about three kilometers from the beautiful and cozy green village Den Ham and borders the Eerder Achterbroek where many beautiful places to admire are: (steep bank, sahara and castle Eerde). There are also many walking and cycling routes in Den Ham and the surrounding area. The Lemelerberg and the Sallandse Heuvelrug are also recommended to explore and are located a short distance from Den Ham. Are you the next tervreden guest of this nice house?
Layout
The holiday home is actually best suited for five adults and one child. (The upper bunk bed has little headroom). On the ground floor there is a separate toilet, a bathroom with heated floor, rain shower and washbasin. The living room is comfortably furnished and the open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, four-burner cooker, refrigerator and filter coffee machine. Through the terrace doors in the kitchen you can walk straight to your own terrace. Here you will find a large wooden table with six wicker chairs and a bbq.
On the first floor there are two cosy bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds (box spring) and a chest of drawers. The other bedroom has two single beds (box spring) and a sturdy bunk bed. The bathroom on this floor has a heated floor, a rain shower, toilet and sink. There is also a small washing machine in this holiday house.

The beautiful surroundings of Den Ham are pure enjoyment of peace, space and nature. The Zandstuve forest has beautiful walking and cycling routes, but nature lovers can also enjoy the towns and nature reserves of Eerde, Junne, the Engbertsdijksvenen, the Regge, Hancate and Lemelerberg. For a day of shopping, visit Ommen, Almelo and Zwolle, where you will find a wide range of shops and cosy restaurants. Do you fancy a day of complete relaxation? Then visit Sauna Beautycenter Nijverdal. For a day out with the children, Slagharen amusement park is highly recommended, less than half an hour away. Is it a rainy day? Then visit indoor playground Ballorig.

Het huis is heel rustig gelegen, met uitzicht over akkers en weilanden, waar ook af en toe grazend vee te bewonderen valt. De omgeving van Den Ham vormt zoals bekend prachtig coulisselandschap met ook bos. Qua inrichting en comfort is het huis helemaal top. Ook was het erg schoon. Enige minpunt was dat de vuilnisbakken niet geleegd waren.

Fijn om te horen dat jullie een leuke vakantie gehad hebben. Helaas kunnen we niet niet elke week de grote buiten vuilcontainers leeg aanbieden, Dit omdat we afhankelijk zijn van de dagen dat de vuilnis opgehaald wordt. Gelukkig had u wel genoeg ruimte om uw vuilnis gedurende de vakantie kwijt te kunnen.

Met kinderen is een goede wasmachine fijn. Deze misten we.

Hallo, jammer dat u niet even gevraagd heeft wat betreft de wasmachine.
Er ligt nl. een campingwasmachine in de berging van het zomerhuis staan. Bij grotere wassen kan er in overleg gebruik gemaakt worden van onze wasmachine/droger. Fijn om te lezen dat verder alles naar wens is geweest :-)
