This comfortable 28-person group accommodation is located in a quiet, small-scale holiday park in the beautiful green landscape of Twente, on the border with Salland. The location of the park is not only beautiful, but also very favorable. You can, for example, take hiking and cycling trips through the atmospheric landscape, view historic villages and visit various nearby attractions and sights. The sporty guest can hit a ball on the pitch & putt course located opposite the park. Archery, mountain biking, canoeing or visiting an amusement park are also possible. Thanks to the presence of the equestrian center, where you can park your own horse and go for riding lessons, horse lovers will also enjoy themselves. Due to the small-scale design of the park, peace and quiet, walking and cycling enthusiasts will feel at home. The park guarantees a wonderful and relaxing stay.
Layout
The groupaccommodation is suitable for 28 persons and consists of two parts which are also seperate kitchens with a filter coffee maker. The accommodation offers a recreational/diningroom with television-, childrens- and eatingcorner. From the kitchen is a service-hatch to the recreationroom. The accommodation consists of nine bedrooms and all bedrooms have their own space with shower and toilet. There is one room for six persons (three bunk beds), three rooms for four persons (two bunk beds) and five rooms for two persons (boxspring-beds). You can park eight cars at the accommodation, other cars can be parked in the central car park.

The beautiful surroundings of Den Ham are pure enjoyment of peace, space and nature. The Zandstuve forest has beautiful walking and cycling routes, but nature lovers can also enjoy the towns and nature reserves of Eerde, Junne, the Engbertsdijksvenen, the Regge, Hancate and Lemelerberg. For a day of shopping, visit Ommen, Almelo and Zwolle, where you will find a wide range of shops and cosy restaurants. Do you fancy a day of complete relaxation? Then visit Sauna Beautycenter Nijverdal. For a day out with the children, Slagharen amusement park is highly recommended, less than half an hour away. Is it a rainy day? Then visit indoor playground Ballorig.

We hadden de 28 persoons accommodatie.
Alles was aanwezig. Mooie ruime kamers. We hebben ons prima vermaakt. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Omgeving is ook erg mooi.

De Ham was erg ruim. Vooral de 2 pers slaapkamers.
De grote leefruimte was erg lawaaierig.
De keuken in de grote gedeelte was erg vochtig en dus zat er veel onder de schimmel. Niet te gebruiken keukengerei en de kastjes niet open doen ivm de stank. Wel nieuwe koekenpannen gekregen toen we er om vroegen.

Wij hebben een mooi weekend gehad, maar een paar kleine minpuntjes te melden....
We vonden de accommodatie niet heel erg schoon. Hier en daar spinnenwebben en stof in hoekjes. In sommige badkamers waren afvalemmertjes niet geleegd en het (glas)servies zag er niet fris uit.
