Luxury 14-person villa with Finnish sauna on the Tjeukemeer in Friesland

The living room is tastefully decorated and has enough space for 14 people. Here you will find a comfortable seating area with Smart TV, gas fireplace, a workplace and Sonos sound system. Through the spacious sliding door you can walk onto the deck terrace where you can sit with the whole family, have a cosy meal and get out on your (own or rented) boat. The spacious kitchen diner has a cosy dining table for 14 people and includes a 10-burner induction hob, dishwasher, blender, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and two ovens. In the kitchen island there is a microwave oven and an extra fridge. The storage room has a washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer.

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Ground floor
Bedroom 1: Two single box-spring beds, a Smart TV and a spacious wardrobe (air conditioning on request).

First floor
Bedroom 2: Two single box-spring beds, Smart TV, fitted wardrobe, shower, with toilet and double washbasin.
Bedroom 3: Two single box-spring beds, Smart TV, baby cot with chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 4: Two single box-spring beds, Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, shower and washbasin.
Bedroom 5: Two single box-spring beds, Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, shower and washbasin.

Second floor
Bedroom 6: Two single beds.
Bedroom 7: Two single beds.

The house has two separate bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and a double sink. On the first floor you will find a lovely Finnish sauna.

Outside there is a lovely south-facing terrace with furniture, parasols, sun beds and a lounge set. You also have your own bocce court and a lowered jetty where you can go fishing or swimming.

There is parking for up to four cars at the property with the possibility of charging your car electrically via a charging station.
