Luxurious 10-person villa with sauna on the Tjeukemeer in Friesland

Ground floor:
In the living room there is a spacious dining area and sitting area. Through the sliding doors or patio doors you can walk onto the spacious deck with jetty. (possibly for your own boat) The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, refrigerator and a four-burner stove. The spacious dining table seats ten people. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on the ground floor you will find a spacious TV room with shower and Finnish sauna.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds and one double box-bed. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet and washbasin and one with a washbasin, bath and shower.

Around the villa is a lovely garden adjacent to the water. Terrace with garden furniture.

There is parking for three cars at the house.
