Luxury 10 person villa with sauna and whirlpool on the Tjeukemeer in Friesland
This beautiful and luxurious ten person water villa with sauna and whirlpool is located in one of the nicer lake areas of the Netherlands, in the village Delfstrahuizen. Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw from the charming villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly on the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dive, relax on the cozy sandy beach or take part in various water sports activities. Do you fancy a bit of entertainment? Rent a boat and explore the beautiful Tjeukemeer at your own pace! The villas are all in a unique location right on the water.
Layout
Ground floor:
In the living room there is a spacious dining area and sitting area. Through the sliding doors or patio doors you can walk onto the spacious deck with a jetty. (possibly for your own boat) The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, combi microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge and a four-burner stove. The generous dining table seats ten people. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two single box-spring beds, TV and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Separate toilet.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with two beds and one double box bed. There is also a Finnish sauna on the first floor. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet and sink and one with a sink and shower.
Around the villa is a wonderful garden adjacent to the water. Terrace with garden furniture No. on a separate terrace there is also a whirlpool (for an additional charge)
There is parking for two cars at the house.

Particularities
- The lead booker must be at least 30 years of age or older.
- Children up to 12 years old do not pay tourist tax. Please indicate in the comments field of the booking process how many children are traveling and what their age is. This will be adjusted manually for you on invoice.
- The accommodations are very suitable for families and families but are not rented to young people, groups and sports clubs. If on arrival it appears that the group composition is different than booked, access can be refused.
- One set of kitchen linen is included. Optionally you can book extra kitchen linen.

Delfstrahuizen, Friesland
Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer, a stone's throw from the cosy villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The Tjeukemeer offers many water sports possibilities, but a day of relaxing at the cosy sandy beach is definitely one of them. Of course, renting a boat and admiring the beautiful nature reserve from the water is also an option. And speaking of water: a day in beautiful Giethoorn is also highly recommended! The kids can also have a great time at the Ballorig play paradise in Heerenveen or AquaZoo in Leeuwarden. And for some extra culture, the Fries Museum in Leeuwarden and the Fries Scheepvaart Museum in Sneek should also be on your list.

We hebben met ons gezin een heerlijk weekend gehad in een mooie villa met een prachtig uitzicht !
Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en de locatie is top.

Hebben een super weekend. Weinig meegemaakt dat een huisje zo super schoon is wat voor ons erg van belang is aangezien 1 van ons leukemie had en zeer vatbaar is. Wel had ik 1 opmerking. We miste een dweil om de vloer in de woning even weer droog te kunnen maken nadat we uit het bubbelbad kwamen om om te kleden. Verder was alles super voor elkaar
