Adjacent to the living room is the spacious open kitchen with, among other things, an induction hob, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, refrigerator and a dishwasher. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single box-spring beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a cozy box bed. All bedrooms have two single box spring beds. There are three bathrooms with a shower, toilet and a sink. One bathroom also has a bathtub.

Outside there is a lovely deck terrace with a jetty. The terrace has a canopy, a lounge set and a garden table with eight chairs. The terrace borders the water where you can possibly moor your own boat.

There is parking for two cars at the house.
