Luxury 8 person villa on the Tjeukemeer in Friesland

This beautiful and luxurious eight person water villa is located in one of the nicer lake areas of the Netherlands, in the village Delfstrahuizen. Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer in the beautiful province of Friesland and is a stone's throw from the charming villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The brand new villa park is located directly on the Tjeukemeer, where you can take a refreshing dive, relax on the cozy sandy beach or take part in various water sports activities. Do you fancy a bit of entertainment? Rent a boat and explore the beautiful Tjeukemeer at your own pace! The villas are all in a unique location right on the water.

Layout

Through the sliding door in the spacious and cozy living room you will reach the beautiful, large wooden deck terrace with canopy, right on the water. The modern open kitchen has a five-burner induction hob, electric oven, nespresso machine, juicer, dishwasher and toaster. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with two box-spring beds and a television. and an en-suite bathroom with shower toilet and sink.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each suitable for two people. The bedrooms have two single box spring beds and a flat screen TV. Two of the bedrooms also have an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In addition, there is a fourth bathroom that also has a shower, sink, toilet and a Finnish sauna suitable for up to six people. Upstairs, from the window you have a beautiful view over the Tjeukemeer.

Outside a storage room and a terrace with garden furniture. There is also a possibility to build your own boat.

There is parking for two cars at the house.

Particularities

  • The lead booker must be at least 30 years of age or older.
  • Children up to 12 years old do not pay tourist tax. Please indicate in the comments field of the booking process how many children are traveling and what their age is. This will be adjusted manually for you on invoice.
  • The accommodations are very suitable for families and families but are not rented to young people, groups and sports clubs. If on arrival it appears that the group composition is different than booked, access can be refused.
  • One set of kitchen linen is included. Optionally you can book extra kitchen linen.

 Delfstrahuizen, Friesland 
 Delfstrahuizen is a village on the Tjeukemeer, a stone's throw from the cosy villages of Lemmer, Joure and Heerenveen. The Tjeukemeer offers many water sports possibilities, but a day of relaxing at the cosy sandy beach is definitely one of them. Of course, renting a boat and admiring the beautiful nature reserve from the water is also an option. And speaking of water: a day in beautiful Giethoorn is also highly recommended! The kids can also have a great time at the Ballorig play paradise in Heerenveen or AquaZoo in Leeuwarden. And for some extra culture, the Fries Museum in Leeuwarden and the Fries Scheepvaart Museum in Sneek should also be on your list.

 Heerlijk ruime woning met een fantastische keuken en een ruime woonkamer.
 4 ruime slaapkamers met lange bedden van 2.10 en top badkamers.
 een prima sauna had iets groter gemogen maar ruim genoeg om met 3 in te kunnen.
 gaan graag nog eens terug hiernaar toe
