This comfortable group accommodation is suitable for 20 to 24 people. The spacious living room has no less than 100 m2 and is tastefully furnished with teak furniture for 24 people (two teak tables and 24 leather chairs). The comfortable seating area has cozy chairs and a television. There is also a cozy recreation room with a table football game. The fully equipped kitchen has a large stove, a very solid oven, large refrigerator, freezer (on request), filter coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave. On the ground floor there is a toilet, and on the first floor you will find a bathroom with bath and massage shower, and a bathroom with bath and toilet. There is also a second floor where you will find a toilet and shower.

The house has seven bedrooms, spread over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds. The first floor has three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two bunk beds and two bedrooms with a double bed. The other bedrooms are on the second floor. One of these bedrooms has two single beds and two bunk beds, one bedroom has two single beds and two underbeds and the last bedroom has a double bed.

The spacious garden of no less than 1400m2 and equipped with an attractive south-facing terrace. The terrace has six tables with 24 teak chairs, six loungers with cushions and a large barbecue. You have parking for a total of four cars.
