Beautiful 2-4 person farm flat near De Lutte.

One kilometre from the tourist village of De Lutte, you will find this lovely two-to-four-bed farmhouse flat. The apartment is part of a monumental farm and has the predicate "national monument". The environment of De Lutte is characterized by the rolling landscape and the river basin of De Dinkel. A small river that springs a few kilometers away in Germany. In De Lutte there are several nice restaurants, shops and a supermarket.

Layout

The guest house has its own entrance and is entirely on the ground floor. The cozy living room is cosily furnished with all kinds of nuances from "grandmother's time", but with the comforts of this time. There is a TV with lots of satellite channels, there is also a wood stove with a lovely look. (Wood on the spot for sale), The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, four-burner stove, microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. Hartelijke ontvangst. Gastenverblijf (monumentaal pand) ademde sfeer uit grootmoeders tijd met daarbij behorende herinneringen en gezelligheid. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. En een mooie tuin voor eigen gebruik.. Het verblijf ligt centraal, goede uitvalsbasis voor het maken van tripjes.
