Discover the beauty of Drenthe from this 4-person holiday home in De Kiel. This holiday home is located in a wooded area and is the ideal base for lovers of peace and quiet, walking and cycling. There are numerous cycling and walking routes in the surrounding area. De Kiel is also on the Pieterpad. Visit nearby Orvelte, a historic village where time seems to stand still or discover the Hunebedcentrum and immerse yourself in prehistory with impressive dolmens and archaeological finds. A visit to the Drents Museum in Assen or a day at the beach at the Blauwe Meer are also worthwhile. If you like shopping, Assen and Emmen are good places to go.
Layout
This holiday home is completely gas-free and is heated by electricity. The comfortable living room is laid out with a seating area with flat-screen TV and dining area. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, combination microwave, electric hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. De Kiel, Drenthe
De Kiel in Drenthe is a small village located about two kilometres north of Schoonoord. It is surrounded by several forest reserves, making it a great base for cycling trips and walks. A nice attraction nearby is Harwi sculpture garden in Eeserveen. In the extensive gardens you can take a nice walk and enjoy the various ceramic sculptures. The Ellert and Brammert open-air museum in Schoonoord is highly recommended for children. Here you can discover everything about how people used to live in Drenthe. There is also a large playground and a petting zoo.

Wat hebben we een geweldig weekend gehad, fijn verwelkomt ..prachtig mooi huisje geen nee te koop
Gezellig huisje en alles was aanwezig, goede bedden en heerlijk rustig en een mooie omgeving heel erg genoten..en fijn dat de honden los konden helemaal omheind…die hebben ook genoten ….
