Comfortable 4-person holiday home with a beautiful view over the Eifel region
This comfortable single-storey holiday home is located on Eifelpark Kronenburger See, which overlooks a beautiful piece of German nature: Nordeeifel Nature Park. At the foot of the park is the Kronenburger See reservoir, where you can take beautiful walks. Depending on the snowfall, this is also the ideal base for your winter sports holiday!
Layout
Living room with a dining area and a sitting area. You can watch your favorite television program on a flat-screen television with a number of Dutch channels. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a four-burner stove, fridge with an internal freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, kettle and combination microwave. There are two bedrooms, both with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and there is a separate toilet. There is a covered terrace with garden furniture. You can park your car in the central car park.

Particularities
- This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
- Because Eifelpark Kronenburger See is located on a steep slope, and you have to enter at least three steps before reaching the holiday home, this holiday park is unfortunately not suitable for disabled guests.
- This holiday home can not be rented for business purposes and group of youngsters under 21 are not allowed.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- The nearby Kronenburger See reservoir is only accessible for walks. Recreation on the reservoir is not allowed. This means that you cannot swim, fish or play water sports there.

Dahlem is close to Kronenburg: a picturesque village characterised by narrow, atmospheric streets, white houses with colourful flowers and breathtaking views from the medieval ruins. The Kronenburg Lake is located on the other side of the town and is definitely worth a visit: here you can have a lovely swim or practice your favourite water sport. The beautiful nature area around Kronenburg is also ideal for hiking and cycling enthusiasts and the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for trips with the whole family. For example, visit Phantasialand in Brühl or Eifelpark Gondorf. This area also offers you many picturesque villages and beautiful views. A real treat!

Huisje, inrichting en omgeving prima. Aankomst was om 15.45 uur. Melding bij de receptie om 15.50 uur en daar kreeg ik de mededeling dat ik de auto wel vast naar het huisje kon rijden maar de sleutel kon ik pas om 16.00 uur krijgen. Tikje absurd. Jammer was ook dat de wifi op de laatste avond om 23.05 uur al werd uitgeschakeld.

Het park is er bergachtig en gezien onze leeftijd was het wandelen, wat wij graag doen, erg vermoeiend. O.a. moesten we 75 trappen op of af lopen naar de receptie. Verder was alles naar behoren.
